Fic: Every Silver Lining

This was my first 'serious' House fic. I wrote it after the Season 7 finale, so it's AU now, but I wanted to share it anyway. :)

Title and lyrics are from the amazing song "Touch of Grey" by the Grateful Dead. Everything House-related belongs to David Shore. I own nothing.

I read your great Halloween piece and came in to your LJ to glance around. This caught my eye.

I can see it all happening this way between Wilson and Cuddy. It's great to see them dealing with House's actions. The period between Moving On and Cuddy's departure would have been incredibly awkward. It's great to see an author tackle it.

It definitely would have been awkward, I think especially for Wilson. I like to think Cuddy made the same sort of choice in canon to just start over and create a new, better life for herself and Rachel.
