I really like the style you are using for this, I love the way we get little flashes of character insight put into their point of view. Gorgeous. The subject matter is angsty and heart breaking, and I like the way you are developing that situation. The Jin here seems so hurt and worried, I just want to cuddle him. And poor Kame who has buried his sorrow and regret into a drive for perfection. For someone who dislikes psychologists and talking about feelings, he has certainly jumped at the chance to help Jin!

Enjoying it very much so far, looking forward to the next chapter..and the Kame X Pi mention looks intriguing!

Thank you! I'm kind of insanely glad you noticed that, because I purposefully tried not to express any of Kame or Jin's thoughts outright for a change, and focused on their actions / expressions to show them. I'm thinking Jin is having a bit of difficulty moving on from his really, just immature conflict with his father, but I'm glad I could make you feel for him :) also, Kame is definitely developing to be a perfectionist, but he's definitely got some major pains buried inside him. (...could I maybe hint at the Pi mention...)

Haha, I'm a bit amused that a lot of people seem to be noticing the Kame x Pi mention; it will definitely be expanded on :3 thanks a lot for reading / commenting ;D♥

OMG!! Now this is getting interesting.

Kame knows Pi and I am wondering what kind of history both of them have especially since Pi's has a sorrow filled expression. One usually doesn't have that when you are meeting someone you haven't met for a long time.

I wonder will that peak Jin's interest and make him go back with Kame.
