Things you enjoy, not because you have to, but because you WANT to. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal. Then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it.
I like:
1) singing in the shower
2) reading
3) writing songs
4) cooking
5) drawing
