What's most surprising is that it's taken the Beeb or someone this long to start publicly talking about it, I suppose? I haven't logged in for ages again, and early on spent a while with their damn settings not having turned my profile to Friends only like I'd thought it was, and then spending time with application settings as they were, but I don't recall posting anything of such a private nature there, anyway. My address is no Facebook person's business, though of course it gives them the email address to further spam, like they already do, anyway

Yeah, I thought it was mostly for students too. I've never been tempted to use it, really.
