Anyone predicting compensation claims?

Free flip flops for drunken women!.
Seems like madness to me. Heels + drink = dangerous. Got it.
But drunk in flip flops?? Even if you're sober, they flap up and down, can come right off easily, the bit beneath your toes can catch on anything and trip you up. (I've been known to take 'em off if I'm going up or down stairs
