I still haven't connected to the Internet at home. My latest paycheck was a bit lighter than usual (due to one day of unpaid vacation and one day of unpaid sick leave) so I am waiting until next pay day

I ripped all my Halloween stuff to the computer the other day and I've been listening to it too! I'm going to try to be connected by the 13th. I miss you too!

I agree with you. Boredum is really dull. It goes without saying that it is uninteresting. It is an awful lot like thermodynamics.

Going somewhere else can be fun. If anything, you see the mountains from the other side. And it can be fun to see the zoo. We don't have a zoo here. We do have elk all over the place though. And they get pretty pushy too. They sing at night... it is an awful noise.

It's good that Marvin is home. I don't know the story about Computer Heaven and Marvin. I'd be leary of any place called " Computer Heaven" and not just because of my lack of belief. The name suggests a slogan to me, "Computer Heaven, where your computer will spend eternity."

Heh. Yeah, I thought the same thing when I first heard the name "Computer Heaven". I imagined dropping it off and then as I'm walking outside seeing it fly by with little wings and a halo.

After... (how long has it been since you came to Live Journal?)... after all this time and you finally got a different icon. I like it! Julie and I watch the doctor from time to time.

I'm not quite sure of what you are talking about. I have not changed any icons except on some apparently abandoned journals.

But if it is important to change icons, I'll do it.
