Anything new on the job front?

moving slow, but i had lots of energy focused on the unemployment issue. the employer lied in the first round and provided fraudulent documentation. they won that round but i won the second round. the employer refused to sit across from me face-to-face for the in-person hearing i requested and backed down once confronted with my 51 pages of documentation and all the witness subpoenas i requested. i need to sit down with a lawyer now and see if i have good grounds to sue based on the lies the employer was telling, i.e., possible defamation of character.

have had a few interviews so far, but nothing that's definite yet. while unemployed, i may go ahead and prepare for the SHRM Certification exam (PHR - Professional in Human Resources designation). just hate to drop that much money for a certification when employers typically pay for it.

Fortunately, lawns/gardening is handled thru the home owner's association costs.
