With much sadness

For those who knew Simon, Mr_Spunk, David's Animator's beloved husband and partner, I am sorry to tell you that Simon passed away last month after a short illness.

Please keep David, Simon, the boys and all the brothers in your thoughts and prayers.

Nooooo! I'm so sorry to hear that. :-( I didn't know either of them, but have seen David post in your journal over the years and feel a little like I do (know them) by association. Oh man, David must be devastated. I'll keep him in my thoughts and wish him strength.

Yes, David and Sion and I go way back. We have almost as much history as you and I have. His death still hasn't really registered.

oh Tim, thank you for passing along this news--it's devastating to hear. And I think not only of David and their sons, but also Simon's brother--the loss of their parents a few years ago was so intense, so devastating. Now his brother has lost another central part of his life.

Thinking of David and the children, also Simon's brother.

Yes Mark. Simon's brother must be really hurting. I think the two of them got much closer after their parents fatal accident. I don't know. I am still stunned.
