I want a program where you can type in the name of a food and the name of the vitamin/mineral you want to get, and the program tells you how much of the food you would need to eat per day to get the recommended dietry intake.

Currently I've only ever found links to pages where it tells you a list of which vitamins/minerals/etc the food contains, but you need to personally do the maths to work out how much you would need to consume.

So, if anyone knows of such a program let me know :) or if you want to build a program like that then, um.... I will be your best friend :D
