Hmmm...a year to live, huh?

Well, this is definitly a community that has potential. I do see the need for a more relalistic perspective from society as a whole concerning death. As for myself, I'm personally not really worried about dying. I'll be alright on that front. I'm more concerned with what will happen when I no longer have an influence on the world around me and ( Read more... )

I started really living this way since May of 2003. I was driving to work and it was as if something just smacked me upside the back of the head and said, "What exactly do you think that you're doing? You've been working as a waitress for the past three years and you AREN'T happy, are you? If you are, don't do a thing. You won't really be hurting anything and it will be alright. If you want a change, the next day that you're off, go back to you're local college and enroll. You'll be accepted and will be back in school by next spring. Major in either History or English. Stay in the mountains. You have a job to do ( ... )

I find my attitudes change. Some days I hope not to be remembered, some days I wanna do all I can to make life better for those I'll leave.

All I know is that I don't want anyone to feel bad for loving me.

"English major with minor in secondary ed." does that mean you decided to teach? secondary ed is a term I do not know.
