Damn it's hot today. Was about 38 degrees celcius all day and it's still 30degrees right now at 9:30pm... and tomorrow is going to be hotter still. Thank god for air conditioning. I don't know how we survived my childhood without it when it was this hot for weeks at a time.

For some reason I just assumed the whole of Florida was hot most of the time. I didn't realise it was colder up north. Probably because any time Florida is shown on tv it is sunny. I live in the South Eastern part of Australia and the weather is good for the most part, the summers can get very hot and of course now it is bushfire season. We are in the middle of a drought so a lot of the grass and trees are dead which makes it all worse.

I like that we became lj friends! Not only do we get to talk about True Blood (I finally caved and ordered all the books from Amazon the other week so I can have my own copies) but I feel like I'm learning things too. It's nice :)
