Well, school starts tomorrow, which I am dreading. At least I don`t have any classes tomorrow. I'm doing the p90x exercise plan and not eating garbage food but also not doing the p90x diet because I don't see the point of that much effort. You'll have to let me know how P90X is. At work we did Insanity and now are working on TapoutXT. (We gave P90x the miss because it requires equipment, and we need something we can just get 2-6 people together in the garage and do, without having to buy a bunch of stuff or find doorways to put chinup bars in and such.)

Hmmm...so far in p90x, you really only need weights and bands. If you`re an amateur like me, you can simulate the affect of the pull up bar using an exercise band. I put mine around the stair railing. I bought mine at Zellers (like Target) for less than 10$ and if the burning sensation in my chest and upper arms is any gauge, it`s working. If you're "super crazy X fit" (sorry, the dude on the dvd says a lot of laughable things) you might need the pull up/chin up bar. I'll keep you posted.

I think we're all at the point that we need to be working toward pullups (some of those guys might already have them, I dunno, but I sure don't).

Also, I wanted to say, you can illegally download many (if not all) of these videos online and if you do need to buy equipment you can buy it at your local athletics store (or even target) for a lot less money than you would pay for the "real thing."
