I know that it looks like a lot of work but the marinade can be made in advanced and stored in the fridge for later use. I enthusiastically encourage you to switch out the vegetables for others, or add to the list. I don't mind people having opinions, but this is obviously a cooking blog - not a forum for whatever the hell that was all about. Shame on you sir for posting that, and it didn't get you anywhere since I couldn't understand one word of it even after having it translated.
