Finished The Hour, which was pretty stellar and will probably call for a rewatch at some point because, while I was totally able to follow the story, I'm not exactly familiar with 1950's British history. But you know, history sort of ended after WWII ended, as previously established. Or so I was led to believe for the initial 12 years of my ( Read more... )

FMA:B rewatch is something I approve of. I'd actually love to be able to do that AND parallely (is that even a word in english? I don't know) read the manga but I don't think my homework would agree with me over that.

ALSO MY SCANNER IS WORKING AGAIN. I hope you're ready for ridiculous AU sketches. ALSO what have this AU done to meeeee? I was checking for updates and there were none and...I was actually sad about that? I WANT HILARIOUS VAMPIRE SEXYTIEMS, is that too much to ask?

Man, I... technically shouldn't, because, oh god, so much homework! But I never was one for good decision making. As for the word, it's not actually a ~real~ one - 'simultaneously' or 'concurrently' are the first to come to mind as substitutes. Or just 'at the same time' if you're not in the mood for 10 cent words. (Of course, it's the internet and everyone makes up words all the time, so...)

and: YAAAAAAAAAY!!!! I AM MORE THAN READY FOR RIDIC AU SKETCHES! And ahahsldkfjs I don't knooooow, that fic is a LIFE RUINER in the silliest way possible and yet I keep going back for more. That said, hilarious vampire sexytiems are BY FAR not too much to ask! I WANT THEM TOO. (SO MUCH I AM INTENDING TO COWRITE A FIC SIMPLY FOR THE SAKE OF MORE HILARIOUS VAMPIRE SEXYTIEMS?! God, yes, okay, I admit it, I have a problem. Mostly though I just want an excuse to imagine fictional characters in pretty clothes. Uh.)

Me neither. LET'S CELEBRATE WITH MORE BAD DECISIONS. :D
Haha, okay! It's just that...it works pretty well in Greek and since 've been writing so many ~serious essays~ that some ~formal words~ stick. xD

ANYWAY. I just hope the rewatch is scheduled for a Saturday or Friday evening because TIME ZONES ;_____; And I kind of hope I'll have AIM figured out by then.

It has just become GENUINE ANTICIPATION! Not even "I'll read it for the laughs" (even though I still do read it for the laughs, as well)! I really want to see what happens - especially if that's more vampire sexytiems. (THAT FIC. I hope it happens soon. *____*)

It will indeed be scheduled for one of those two days! Because... yeah, otherwise it just wouldn't work for me either. And if you ever need help working AIM, let me know! I've been using it for years, so I might be able to give you a hand.

And ahahhaa GOD I KNOW. I know, I know it's ridiculous and OOC, and I am definitely reading for laughs... but I also want to know what new heights it will reach next. But then again, I think we're all entitled to enjoy things we don't think are particularly good but still find entertaining. Right? Right. Just... so long as we don't start defending it. LOLOL.

Totally in favor in theory! Also totally busy, with my life and brain cells being eaten to varying extents and on varying schedule week by week. So I am more likely to occasionally join in than to make a regular rewatching commitment. But I would very gleefully join in sometimes!

Totally understandable! I mean, I don't know what I'm thinking given that... haha, look at all the things I have to dooooo!!! But that said, you should definitely come when you can! I imagine it's going to be a lot of fun.

I do not see how it could POSSIBLY EVER fail to be a lot of fun. :DDD

I already mentioned that I'm very interested in the rewatch. Also would be cool too to compare the manga and the anime at the same time (I was actually doing that somewhat when looking over some scenes for one of my fics...that I need to get started soon x_x ).

If this is going to be over AIM, I should come over depending on my schedule (which varies as I tend to be away from home either for work or something else). I have AIM, but I rarely use it, LOL.

Haha, yes, I've done a fair bit of comparison myself! And I'm always noticing new connections and parallels. Arakawa definitely had the story planned out meticulously, even from the get-go.

And yep, it'll probably be over AIM!
