Message in a Bottle never brings anything Good

Today I have cried like a baby. Bawled my eyes out, got hiccups and red bags under my eyes and a sore throat. I think this was longer in making, this pent up frustration and anger, and even some type of sadness resting underneath the surface - calmly and in a deliberate wake for the moment when it would all come rushing out.

Sometimes you just need to cry.

It's wonderful that your story helped someone. Reaching out through your work is one of the best things anyone can do.

Yup, although I cry rarely these days.

Still, you're right, sometimes you just have to do it. And I felt so honoured and touched that I just bawled myself out. It makes a bit proud too, and definitely gives me a firmer belief about being a writer, either a proffessional one or half-time one.

I really hate crying. The act just leaves me feeling so open and raw, so I try to avoid shedding any tears. But it just builds up inside I guess. I'm emotionally detatched about a few things anyway so it's harder for me to tear up. I'm rarely moved to tears by movies or novels.

Well, it does make you feel open and completely raw, I agree, but like you said - it builds up and then it's the only way out. Sort of. But, damn girl, luckly you. I tear up at every second movie, mainly because I'm able to find just one sentence that hits close to home and them... Wah.

Still, Titanic? People in the cinema around me sobbed, and bawled and gasped and chocked. I did the same - only laughing myself to death. I swear I just laughed and laughed at the end. Don't know what got into me, but it was funny as hell.
