Tonight I'm hiding out alone in the apartment. It's very loud here in the city, and I didn't want to leave Panic alone athough he is handling it way better than I thought he would. Historically I would always go to a show for this weekend ( Read more... )

And I imagine you don't have a lot of disposable time as well. If you do get some time, I'd say GO to a show, even if you can't run. Help out a bit, watch, soak it up. Might help the itch a bit.

I did that at the beginning of June--just made the itch worse! ;) But it was still fun!

I think sometimes you need an extended break from something to enjoy it again. Says the person on an extended obedience break right now!

I'm finding NADAC/ASCA are a heck of a lot cheaper. Not sure how much NADAC you have there though.

Yeah not much NADAC around here and that venue mostly just confuses me.

Yes, agility is an expensive hobby. period. Sorry that you're missing it right now but you will be back. You have so many other adventures to explore (and Chicago) right now that I hope you don't miss the sport too much.

I miss it a lot, but admittedly I'm doing so much other stuff I probably wouldn't have time for it even if I could be doing it! Lots of exciting things happening in my life right now for sure.
