We're currently on disc 4 !! Every existing episode up to mid-1979 has been released by Network - unfortunately ATV were probably the worst ITV region in terms of preserving their (non-ITC) archive so there are huge swathes of the series that are missing - only about a third of the episodes from the original 1964-1988 run survive. In comparison, Granada hold every edition of "Coronation Street" from the first episode. However, you can sort of follow the storyline but guessing what happened in the missing episodes adds to the entertainment value.

Ha! Not surprised the CI's decor dates back to the '70's or earlier. It did look a bit tired, n'est-ce pas?
