mistake #1 Eating Mcdonalds for lunch yesterday

mistake #2 Thinking that my stomach wouldnt be upset from Mcdonalds

ugh when you havent eaten fast food in a long while and you suddenly eat it again it takes toll on your stomach.. i felt sick all last night...hence i am not going to be eating fast food for a long while...

BOO TO FAST FOOD!
