I have a problem that is very different than what I normally talk about. But some of you may have encountered it before

Offhand my first thought is that you need to upgrade windows media player, if that's what you're using. It sounds like that computer has outdated codecs.

I have updated to the newest windows media player and I have also added 4 other players including realplayer, quicktime, Creative Labs, and Kazaa theatre. None of them will play my MP3's.
