What kind of business are you thinking of?

Maybe coffee and Nut Roasting. Maybe A Bakery.

Depends on how hard the beuracracy is.

I have a strong knowledge base in Coffee, Coffee Roasting, Chocolate retailing, Tea, Fresh Fruit Juice, Nut Roasting, Italian Bakery, and I am currently doing a great deal of reading about Wine Bars, Vinters, and etc...

I think that will be a great idea!! Maybe, a coffee shop, we could always have more coffee shops. Are you thinking of moving to Canada?

If I had thought about it...It would have been obvious that your Melanie's Mom...but I had either forgotten it or didnt know it.

Becuase I met you through Silja's LiveJournal on livejournal...and spoke with you one the phone by chance through Melanie I did not actually realize that you were the same person...
