So, not only can I not solve that math problem, I can do NONE of the things you can...

Please don't tell me that you can make brownies from scratch, otherwise I'll have nothing to live for.

Where are the parenthesis, if any? Coz I can try... :) Aimee is pretty bright! Oh oh! Guess what? I was Gromit for Halloween, and James was Wallace! :oD Just thought you might like that...

sad: i can't do most 8th grade math, either.

sadder: i'm a teacher at a k-8 school.

saddest: once when trying to help a sixth grader with math i had to have an 8th grader check my work to make sure i did it correctly.

I don't think that polynomial factors. You can't take another x out of the 27, so it doesn't factor? I might be completely off my rocker and forgetting how to do math, but who knows.

Yea, I tried factoring it a couple of times and than gave up and started thinking about it. :-)

It's always after you make an ass of yourself to whomever you are tutoring that you figure it out.

LOL! I can't do my sister's math either. Granted, she's in 9th grade right now, but I remember her calling me in middle school trying to get me to help her and I was like "doh!" The saying "in one ear and out the other" really applies here. :)
