I keep having that nagging craving to move to another country for  a year and teach English.

This requires more thought than I want to put into it at this particular juncture.

We are still ok.  Somehow, we still have power, but I get the feeling it's just barely hanging on, since it keeps blinking during the storms we've been having.  That why we haven't come to fetch the parishables...sorry!

I have work tomorrow.  I'm not sure how I'm going to get there.  Or rather, I can thing of a couple ways to get there, I'm just ( Read more... )

So.  I tried to go to work today.  I really really did.  But the road wouldn't let me.  It was too busy playing in the waters.

So.  We are well and truly stuck!  This wasn't really expected to happen until sometime mid Friday.  Surprise!
