So very true. By taking away the terrorists chief weapon, namely fear, then you have gone a long way to reducing the threat.

I think it still works marginally well on some sections of society. Alot of people are afriad of fear, even if it maybe groundless.

I do think that if the curreny effectiveness of the terrorists continues to be an embarasment to the world terrorist community that they will start sending some from outside. Not only does the UK have to have immigration for its work force, but also for it terrorists....
