[For Combeferre]How does one get heat exhaustion sitting in an air-conditioned room and reading?

The prospect of making a life on the island was no more appealing with sleep, food and a few days to get used to the idea. Combferre grinned faintly when he saw Enjolras in the rec room, a veritable tower of books already beside him. Either the bookshelf had been kind to his friend, or the opposite had happened. "As bad as all that?" he asked wryly, strolling in as Enjolras buried his face in his hands. But on second glance, something more than books seemed to be the trouble.

"Enjolras?"

At the familiar voice Enjolras raised his head, his face flushed and eyes glazed. "Com'ferre..." He frowned, feeling disoriented, and gave a faint shake of his head, trying to clear his mind.

At first Combeferre had only been confused, now worry crossed his face. "Enjolras?" he repeated, kneeling beside him. Enjolras was shaking slightly, as if with chills, but his skin was clearly flushed. "What is it?"

"...Just dizzy," Enjolras mumbled, frowning as he scooted to the edge of the armchair. "It will pass." He winced as a spike of pain went through his head, nearly making him gag. "I hope," he added in a hoarse whisper, looking just a little afraid. What strange jungle disease might he have contracted?
