Proposition 8 should not even be an issue, at all. The simple fact is marriage is a choice, sex can occur without marriage and marriage can occur without sex, no one should have to argue this. The main reason people oppose widening the definition of marriage is greed. Married couples get extra tax breaks, government benefits, etc., and there's only so much government money to go around, which means that the more people who are allowed to get married, the less free money and tax breaks that each individual couple will get.

Just found out that some conservative group is now accusing the judge who overturned prop 8 of being gay himself. loltastic o.o! I'm facepalming for not seeing that one coming.
