Back from the woods

I just got back from my herbal intensive in Maine! I'm still in a complete state of culture shock, the trip was a mindblow to say the least. My teacher Frank Cook was fabulous. He was a very tall handsome and dignified/caveman looking fellow with waist length dreadlocks and sparkling eyes. He was infinitely patient with us

Kimchi is sooo goooood. My batch at home is almost ready to eat, I can't wait!
