I'm afraid that who you are has no standing nor influence on the means that brought us here. And I'm also afraid that there is no known means of leaving.

All that I have spoken with seem to have only recently arrived, and little is known of our whereabouts or how we did come to be here.

[ Better to know everything than be kept in the dark, even if it does seem scary ]

How is it impossible to leave if we arrived? Every room has a door.

It does, but once you're outside there is no known way to leave Abax. The transport system only runs through the city - not outside of it.

[ Magic? She could accept that as an explanation, or what people would explain things she knew of as magic ] Perhaps.

Transport? [ Cue frowning. She does not know modern things. :c She's imagining horses. Many of them. ]

The trains - a means of travel within the city.

Who is in charge of Abax?

That we don't know, although I would presume it to be those whom brought us here.

I cannot understand how someone can bring us here if it is not magic. And for what purpose.

I have never seen the chamber I have woken up in before.

There's little that we do know from this - we are not met by our captors nor given their reasons.

It's known as a morgue, typically where the dead are placed.
