[Today, Fiora is walking around the city, minding her own business. Every so often, she passes by a snowman. But it's the voice that comes from the device in his pocket that catches his attention. He rolls easily from the jump he'd been in, fumbles the device from his pocket in time to see the look she gives to the camera before she's devoured the rest of the way by the snow. In an instant, he's moving, pocketing the device as he whirls around, takes off in the direction he'd last seen her to leap from a rooftop, catching a ledge on another building before dropping fully to the ground.
He doesn't falter in the snow, moves through it with a strange ease as he rounds a corner - sees her phone discarded in the snow. ] Fiora! [ He sprints the last of the distance, tears at the pile ( ... )

When he finds her, she will be close to passing out, her skin paler than usual and cold to the touch.]

Her lips part to let out a breath, misting the air as she exhales, though her eyes still remain unopened. The rest of her body refuses to move as well, as if she truly is frozen. She would attempt to will her limbs to move but, she simply cannot. Her hair is halfway between frozen and wet, sticking to her face haphazardly. Her clothing is somewhat in the same condition.
She remains unresponsive, for the most part, except for that breath she had let out. But when he finally shakes her, her eyes open slightly, trying to focus on the person who had just pulled her out.
When she does focus, she doesn't know whether to be surprised or relieved, so the slight expression on her face was a mix between the two.]
