Well the beautiful little house in Lutherville had the lease signed today... but it wasn't me who signed it. If I had called our current landlord yesterday, I would have found out that we could get out of our lease w/ no penalties. i don't know what your budget is, but there's a house for rent in my court - i can get the phone # for you if you like. it's a townhouse, but these are the nice ones in Mays Chapel.

Because it's given you the idea that you want a house - and not only that, but what aspects of a house are important to you, once you truly decide (and are able) to buy one dear. :)

My one co-worker just bought a house. She looked at dozens, all of which she liked. She one the bidding for this one, and she loves it. She said that it takes time - alot of patience, until you find "the one". :)
