Things I hate the most in the restaurant world

1. Table-side prepared guacamole: Guacamole is not expensive to make and truly good guacamole does not require a million ingredients as many lame-ass "Mexican" restaurants in the District lead you to believe. My dad, as a guacamole purist, enjoys a small squeeze of lime, salt, a dash of garlic powder and that's it. I enjoy adding more ( Read more... )

man it really sounds like you need to come back to cali. good mexican food, more health conscious so better happy hour food, (i thought you always said GC were the best in the biz and now you hate them? granted the line and show suck, but you still always stood by them), we have ramen galore here. the only thing we need is rays hell. but then again, we have innout...

no I didn't. That was Hello Cupcake that I will standby as the best cupcakes in DC...baked and wired is a close 2nd though.
