A meme, I stole from robinhood  because I am a dirty thief. These are also her questions behind the cut.

- I'll respond by asking you five questions to satisfy my curiosity.
- Update your journal with the answers to your questions.
- Include this explanation and offer to ask other people questions.

1. What do you like about gyaru? What inspired you to take it up?
- Ahaha, this is going to sound terribly lame, but to be honest, I got into it because of Super Gals, and an old edition of Popteen magazine. I'd always love the fashions, and the personalities of Ran and her friends, and the stuff in the magazines floored me. I was totally into it. However I didn't know that Gyaru was a whole subculture outside of the manga and at the time I was really busy into Lolita, so I didn't start to actively pursue Gyaru until 2009.

What I love best about it, is just how pretty and cute it is. I love the make and a lot of clothes, and the gyaru friends I do have are so amazing, encouraging and accepting of me. I ♥ you guys.

2. You've won a million dollars. What do you do with it?
Sadly, a million dollars is no where what it used to be! But first and foremost:
- Pay off all my debts.
- Put some in savings
- Seek out good investments so I'll continue to have money
- Buy a durable used car
- Buy lower end priced house, and pay it off, cash.
- SHOPPING.

3. Your dream career, what would it be?
This is a tough one. I'd really like something that'd allow me to travel, be creative, pay very well (of course) and be fun. So far, I think being a plus size fashion designer would fill that criteria. But a career that would allow me to improve on my Japanese skills would be great.

4. When you have a day to yourself, what is your favourite thing to do?
If I have money:
Shop, & spend time with friends.

If I'm broke:
Stay around the house, chatting online, watching DVDs, try to draw if I'm feeling real creative.

5. You're marooned on a lovely resort island for the next 6 months, but you only have one book and one CD with you. What are they?

Wow, this is super difficult. The CD would definitely be a mix of my favorites, so HA! As far as book, I think Abundance, a Novel of Marie Antoinette by Sena Jeter Naslund. I loved that book so much. But I couldn't read it all the way to the end. I know how it ends, and I would just feel too sad reading that in first person POV.

friends, meme, lol, life
