Struggling against mediocrity

As a copywriter, I feel that people expect me to be mediocre. No matter what the boss says about producing high-quality articles, I know that all that matters is that my writing is grammatically acceptable, I don’t make factual mistakes, and that I place the company’s website link in that article. It has to be acceptable, not excellent.  I feel
