i've managed to almost dislocate my left shoulder today. As I'm left handed, this makes writing very, very difficlut. Stupid rounders. I felt the bone pop, but by the time I got to the reception and first-aid it had moved back, but Mum says its just slightly swollen, but it really, really hurts
