ok...I know I said that first story was a one-shot, but apparently I lied. once I started a story off as a one-shot that turned into seven chapters. so basically I never really know when a story's over, until I *really* know, and then it's clear as a bell-- or, as my great-grandfather used to say, "clear as an egg." no one's really sure what that

I'm voting for this to become one of the stories in the "started off as a one-shot, turned into seven [or more] chapters" category. I especially liked the 'dreaming in Punjabi' part, I'd never thought about that.

aw, thanks guys, I'm really glad you like. right now is an excellent time for me to indulge my insomniac-story-writing habit, cause I'm on vay-kay-shun for another month, after which I will be in GRAD SCHOOL getting my MA in media studies, which, for anyone who hasn't heard of it (which is probably about 85% of people), is the study of mass-communication as the central human organizing principle and social process. me and my brain are very eager to begin!

until then, there will definitely be more mango ice cream on the way...anybody for hot fudge on that? ;)

crashcart-- glad you liked the bilingual dreaming tidbit; I thought of it cause I've been told I sometimes talk in my sleep in spanish.
