Run
This morning I decided to go for my run despite the pain on the knees. I bought a knee guard yesterday so that the pain is bearable when I run. I was ok for the first half of the distance around MacRitchie. I started to feel tired after the Ranger Station. I wonder why it takes so long to pick up on my running stamina. Routines
Its Friday but I am awfully bored. I wished I have planned my Friday night better. At least if I have attended yoga I would have done something useful. Now I am heading home and most likely I would be surfing the net for the rest of the evening. Hot Yoga with Vinodh
Today I is the 2nd time I attend the session at True Yoga@ RP. I was early so I got a chance to sneak into the Black Card VIP lounge before the class starts. I must say that it is lovely. The OSIM massage chair are newer and they work but I couldn't pamper myself too long as I had to 'chope' my mat. I must find sometime to just enjoy the massage ( Read more... ) -
Pain is back
I dread the pain on the knee. It's back and it bothers me. It was painful for the entire time last night. This morning I was practically limping to work. I try not to be too affected by it. I heard Britney new single - Hold It Against Me. I listen to it the first time night and I heard it again today but it doesn't make me excited at all. It's predictable and boring. Hot Yoga @ True Yoga RP
Last night I decided to try out the yoga class at RP instead of the usual Bikram @ PP. I was planning to do Yoga Therapy at 7:15pm but I finish work late so end up doing the 7:30pm Hot Yoga instead. Bikram Yoga
It's been almost about 2 months now that I have join True Yoga and attend Bikram Yoga. I definitely don't like the heated room but it seems the more I do it the more I look forward to attending the classes. Besides I think I am able to adopt some of the arsanas better now compared to a couple of weeks ago.

This apps is so cool. Didn't realized of this apps before. It makes blogging so much easier with iPad.
