canon point- After chapter 69. Tezca and Enrique confronted his buddy (turned evil/infected by madness) Justin Law and the evil witch Medusa. There was a "dramatic" revelation that every time Tezca was hanging out with Justin and talking to him, Justin could never hear a word. Tezca had a spazzfit over this. After the two baddies left, Tezca resolved to follow and track Justin.

personality- Tezca seems to be a comedic relief kind of guy! He tends to be overly emotional and react to things very loudly and with a lot of wild movement. He has a tendency to ruin moments as well. When he comes across an enemy, an instance that most would react to by battling, he tends to diffuse the situation by acting inappropriately and not taking things seriously, such as laughing manically at a joke Enrique has told rather than focusing on the foe. He seems to prefer ending conflicts peacefully rather than fighting and may be behaving ridiculously on purpose to end confrontation. Also, he'll offer enemies the chance to escape rather than attempting to capture them. Even though he does strategically use humor to end a conflict, he isn't aware of how much of a fool he can be. When he attempts to give himself a serious disguise, he does so in a way that anyone who is familiar him would instantly be able to tell who he was.
The fact Tezca is mostly dominated by comedic behavior does not at all mean he's incapable of being serious! Though he may be a goofy guy, he can have some serious drive in rare instances. In a later chapter, he orchestrates a plot to fake his own death and leave his comrades unaware in order to be able to track Justin inconspicuously. He will defy orders from those of authority and even keep his best friend in the dark to pursue something he feels is truly important.
He can be egotistical. The fact he holds a high opinion of himself is pretty obvious pretty quickly. He also seems to be very confident and feels he's capable of any monumental task. Moments of doubt and worry just don't seem to be this dude's style! This narcissism may partly be to blame in Tezca's lack of concern for rules and conventions.
facts- ♪Tezca has powers! He can transform into a mirror, is able to create illusions and can track the soul of someone he's previously reflected. He can mirror and take on the same appearances as whoever is looking at him. Also, he is able to send people visions. How the visions specifically work I am currently uncertain, but it appears he can send images of things the person may feel guilty about. I'll write a permissions post on this stuff.
♪Tezca wears this weird bear head over his own head. Similar to a mascot animal or something like that. We've seen the lower half of his face in canon once. He pretty much wears that thing all the time.
♪Tezca knows how to understand the speech of monkeys... Or at least Enrique. He has yet to speak to any other primates in canon.

[There are been various doodles appearing on chalkboards all day long, generally of jungle animals. No one has spoken up about these images yet, nor has their been any written information been offered to explain them. Where were these silly drawings filling up everyone's chalkboards coming from?!
Eventually, the doodles come to a stop.
Later, the culprit arises. A screen appears on the chalkboard and Tezca Tlipoca sits at the center. He waves one of his hands in a casual, apologetic manner.]
Hey, sorry about all those drawings! I didn't get that this thing was used for communication! Someone really needs to come out and explain these things. I may be gifted, but I'm no psychic! Anyway, I think I've got it now.. If you all can see or hear me, that is. It's a square to make a video, right???
[he looks away for a moment, perhaps checking something to assure he was doing this right]
So, anyone like my great drawings?! I've seen a lot of those animals right before my very eyes!
[this statement makes him pause. His posture slumps slightly]
.....I miss home!! WAAUUGHH!!!!! [he wails and slams his bulbous head down on what appears to be a desk he's sitting at. He pounds his fist against the desk, absolutely despairing..... Does he remember everyone can see him?]

He'd watch the world contort and shift before his eyes. His body had been pulled by an invisible force into something he could not comprehend. Now he was here.
For a moment, it'd seemed as if Tezca Tlipoca had accepted this bizarre situation. However, this perceived acceptance was an illusion. He was merely shocked. This was but the calm before the storm. He ran one of his hands over a nearby lamp post, observing the dust that was stirred up by his curious touch. He then brought his hand in front of his large, cartoonish bear nose, merely observing the dust on his hand.
...Huh. How was a guy supposed to keep clean in a place like this?
There was a long pause as he simply stood there. Perhaps.. contemplating.
Then, the weight of the situation dawned upon him. He reacted in a manner typical of an extreme situation. "WHERE AM I?!?! WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!?!" Tezca's panicked screams flew frantically about the city, bouncing off chalk coated walls. His arms flailed about wildly and he began stomping his feet, as if his frantic gestures would be seen and someone would eagerly fly to the task of calming his tantrum with an explanation. However, when he felt one of his feet slam downward onto some kind of rock or something, he quit in an instant.
"Yee-ouch!" He yelped, though it hadn't truly hurt. Tezca moved his foot and glanced downward. His eyes set upon the chalk and the note. He bent down and peered at it with curiosity then plucked the small object up. Despite being mere chalk, it had been undamaged by the assault of his foot.
"... This sure is a weird place." Seeing as he was a weird person himself, things would probably work out somehow.
