well hmm if you really want some good questions to ask people at work that should get them to think and maybe hurt their heads. why dont you ask them something along the lines of what makes a person "good" like what can they do or not do that would make you look at them either like they are evil or they are one of the nicest people that you have ever met.

something else would be how do you think a guy/girl should be treated by their significant other.

at my work i could probably ask them what one plus one is and i could get smoke to come out of their ears.
