isn't that called a pass port ? in europe where ppl frequently go from one country to another they use their pass ports like we use drivers license's . now when you go on a cruse that goes to the bahamas you have to have a pass port. sure it sucks to put out like $100 but is lasts like 10 yrs if your an adult.
