IRELAND!

I'm so excited for this trip, and I think we finally have a good itinerary set. Let me preface this by saying that i'm a smidge obsessive about this right now, I think in no small part to the stress i'm feeling in general this mornth. Wow....you really have planned it down to the minute! I looooooove Ireland! We went in 2005 and drove all along the southern coast from Dublin to Shannon and we didn't plan anything! Not even hotels (except for Dublin). It was an amazing trip. Two of my favorite places were Dingle and the area around the Blarney Castle/Cork. Honestly, you may want to carve out some more time in Blarney. There is a store (outside of the Blarney Castle grounds) http://www.blarney.com/ The Blarney Woolen Mills that has everything you will ever want to buy in Ireland! It is huge! I held off on buying some things here because I thought I may find them somewhere else, but I never did, and I was kicking myself.

I don't know if you will be in the area but Kenmare and the Ring of Kerry are also beautiful!

Thanks for the tip about the store - I would love to get one or two nice things from Ireland!

I wanted to be that person who didn't plan and just winged it, but I think i fell over the edge into obbsessive land. Oops!

Fun! I only got a the smallest taste of Ireland when we flew there on our way home from being deployed. I would love to go back someday and really spend some time there.

Definitely. It was always on our list of places to go, the wedding we're go for just bumped it right up to the top!
