This is why I hate Insurance companies with the white hot heat of a thousand suns.

I think part of the runaround is to get people to give up and pay it themselves rather than deal with the paperwork hassle. :P

The Customer Service person was very nice and said, "Oh, yes. I see where your policy clearly says that. I'll flag this and send it back for review." So, we'll see.
