I'm in Kotlik. My house shows absolutely no sign of them having done... anything, beyond ripping out the carpet. Oh, and they put in the door they were supposed to put in, last summer.
Most of my things are either here or at school, but, uh. Not everything.

You sound rather calm considering so much disruption, chaos, and things gone missing. Are you reachable by telephone? And how are you managing with your ankle and knee?

I went to Museum of Science today. They have a new exhibit called "Hall of Human Life" Perhaps the first thing I saw there was describing use of stem cells. Each of these sections of the exhibit would have 3 different stories, and one could push the button to hear. I was interested because Mantak Chia teaches a practice he calls "Stem Cell Qigong." He explains that the stem cells have to be woken up or they don't do their work of replacing cells that are old and tired. (That's a bit of a foreshortened explanation ( ... )
