The allergic reaction has more-or-less completely cleared (it's hard to say completely because it was so wrapped up with the infection), and the infection is well on the way to clearing. Lots of pink skin, still, lots of inflammation, but the general impression is that everything is looking the way we'd like

Thank you so much for the update!

Saw my fistula graft surgeon yesterday. He's pleased with my progress. My feeling has returned about 70 % in my left hand. The new fistula can be used in a couple of weeks. At first in combination with the catheter.

Just realized you probably won't be able to see my comment. Sigh.
