trust me i know. but that still doesn't change how i feel. its just something i need to work though.

today was better for those very reasons that you mentioned. i went to bed early, and got some real sleep, and woke up early and i felt good most of the day.

i wouldn't go so far as to say things are looking up. or that i'm at all happy with anything. its more like i don't feel like i'm going to die everytime i wake up in the morning.
