I'm stuck!

I'm really really stuck on "What Ifs".  There are some scenes i know what i want them to be. And the whole where this is all heading hing. But I'm lost with details. How do you cope with blocks like these?

yeah! it's great! we cried here... and it's so good to see happy ten after four years of torture :) i just can't wait to see the episode.
