Laying out in the sun next to Capitol Lake is relaxing. Add my sister Rachel to that, and it's even better. :) We went out to lunch at a yummy Asian place, and then Samuel met us for coffee before he had to be at work. :D

You need to tell me how to Capitol Lake...didn't you tell me once there's a sidewalk that goes around it? I've been looking for nice places to go walking where there aren't tons of cars. =P

Capitol Lake is great. Hey...maybe we could meet, grab coffee and walk around the lake. I think it's about a mile...maybe two all the way around. And yes, it is all paved. :)
