Oh dear. No Peeps in Hungary.

Okay.

Peeps are chick-shaped marshmallows covered in sugar. My roommate was trying to come up with some wacky art piece using Peeps-early attempts involved a Peep factory-and this is what he ended up with. CALM DOWN SOPHIE PEEP KABOBS ARE NOT REAL.

Ahh. Marshmallows. Okay. The chicks look a bit sad.
LOL - I found this site (warning: animation, loud music, shocking new cultural learnings). Wow. Serious business. Fan club and all.

This reminds me of when I translated the word "styrofoam" for you. Come to think it, that's kinda what peeps taste like!

My ex- got me into Abba. I had only been familiar with Dancing Queen and SOS before that. (I understand they were originally more popular in Europe than the States.) The songwriting is so good; it's melodically a cut above the other pop music of the time. In fact, their compilation Abba Gold is so good, I'm even willing to forgive them "Thank You for the Music"! :-p

Hope you guys are having a great Easter. Ah damn - I've left the peep-kabobs in the oven too long and they've melted! :-(

i was listening to the radio the other day and Bob & Tom were on; (btw is that a national radio show or just an indiana thing; or do you even know what i'm talking about? ANY FUCKING WAY...) and they were making fun of ABBA. they played fernando. all i could think was, this isn't all that bad. and then of course it was stuck in my head all day.

I am pretty sure that Bob & Tom are everywhere, but Q95 is their home station which is why Q95 is fucking awesome.

And I will never say that ABBA were ~brilliant~ or ~groundbreaking~, but I goddamn well will say that they uplift my mood better than anything in the whole wide world.

Also, how are you?

i love Q95, they play loads and loads of da zep. i never fully appreciated the bob and tom show, but now i find myself listening to it in the mornings and it's actually pretty damn funny.

i guess i've never really listened to abba...like, at all maybe? erm... but the songs i know of seem pretty ok.

also, i've been fine. just working a lot. hating being an adult. trying/failing at being a guitar hero badass. you are graduating soon, no?

jimmyjimmyjimmy.

They play a lot of Black Dog and D'yer Mak'er and I heard Stairway yesterday and idk, it annoys me. But sometimes they will surprise me with Fool in the Rain or Heartbreaker/Living Loving Maid and my faith is restored.

See I never listened to ABBA either until last week or whenever, and even now I still only have a greatest hits compilation, but really that's as much ABBA as anyone needs tbh.

December. Idk, I guess that's soon.
