1. Why does microsoft word have to contaminate any files it touches, even if they aren't SAVED in Word? This is the second time this little nasty feature has screwed with my dissertation data and cost me time and data ( Read more... )

I know what you mean about TA'ing. It does seem like the quality of undergrad education isn't a huge priority here. That bothers me.
