According to the Coast's "best of halifax" issue, utility's the place to go. I'd go there or Sin on Skin across the street, that's where I got most of my non-existent piercings.

yeah i was thinkin about sin on skin and utility, i'm just scared of how much utility will charge...but then, it's not large, and only black ink, so how much could they possibly want?

adept on quinpool looks pretty good too, but only th girl there looks good, the guy's work isnt quite 'there' yet

some people think utility is pricier, but i don't think they're unreasonable. especially considering a) the insanely high quality of andy's work and b) the fact that a tattoo is a permanent piece of art on your body, quality should cancel out any argument about price. it's definitely worth any money you put into it to be done by andy.

well yeah, quality is clearly one of the largest factors, aside from cleanliness of course. i think i am going to do some research before i make any decision...price, quality, clenliness and time...also i spent all my money on stuff i needed more than a tattoo so i have no choice really :p

but i figure research will land me in a suitable place, which may very well result in going to andy...
