The bars in Halifax are gonna be some packed World's Biggest Pubcrawl night. It's of my own opinion that the city and it's watering holes can't accomadate such a large crowd, on top of the other people who'll also be hitting the town that night. But only time will tell.
You should just find out what bars they're going to, and just follow it from place to place. Then technically speaking you are a part of the World's Biggest Pubcrawl, albeit off the record. And you won't even have to pay for a lousy ticket.
