I'm feeling much better. I just went for a little over 10 mile bike ride, which is the first exercise I've had in like a week and a half, and I must admit it felt great. And, although the throw-up feeling came back in the middle of my ride, I enjoyed it anyway, and I arrived home right as the rain was starting. Perfect timing

Oh, I wasn't driving, I was biking, so it's ok. You should try it sometime...such a rush.
